We have visited this place probably three times since they opened and each experience has been pleasant. The venue itself is very open and beautifully updated, and the food and drinks are great! The first visit, we had brunch;
My husband ordered the crab cake benedict, and I ordered the French toast...both dishes were amazing!! The second time, we dropped in and had a few drinks at the bar and ordered the Stats wings....oh MY GOODNESS, that sauce is good enough to write home about. The third visit was last night. We had friends in town, so we decided to go because they were having a celebrity guest (Dougie Fresh *we love old school hip hop*). We reserved a table with bottle service for the sake of convenience, and so that we could just simply enjoy ourselves, worry free. Each of the ladies that assisted us were EXTREMELY attentive to our group of 10 the ENTIRE time!! Also, The manager came and checked on us more than once. It was a wonderful experience to say the least. I definitely recommend this place and I will CERTAINLY return!!
First time at Stats, and I had pretty high expectations because of the previous restaurant. The only reason for the 2 stars is because the music was okay. However the service (slow) and food (on the cool side) could stand to be improved a bit. We were a big group however staff should be prepared that. The whole place has a lot going on for my taste.
Black owned business that I enjoy visiting. My son enjoys their wings and courtside area as he can shoot hoops until his food arrive. Visited for a few events and they were cool. Serving staff could be a tad more upbeat and trained professionally... drink prices are a tad overprice but I enjoy going as often as possible
I enjoyed the crab leg special offered at Stats on Tuesday! The crab legs, corn, sausage, & butter sauce were very tasty.My waitress Alex was attentive & pleasant. Service was pretty prompt & the other waitresses were a delight to talk with. I saw several photos of menu items including their fish & grits via social media & wanted to come support a local business. I first visited the establishment the Saturday prior for friends bday celebration in which we reserved a table. Our section attendee waited was very attentive & didn't hesitate to accommodate any of our requests. Overall, we enjoyed the ambiance, the mature crowd, music, & food. I'm definitely visiting again.
This new restaurant in a great location surprised us last night. The look and feel is definitely a sports bar, but think nicer sports bar than your regular. Many tv's showing games both in and out on patio, football, basketball, soccer, baseball, etc. The food, well there are wings and fry specials, along with daily specials not listed *(just ask). Also drink specials $5 hurricanes!!? Sure! Our server was excellent and gave us a rundown of why the menu was small to start. He had a grilled crab spinach cheese sandwich and i had jerk tacos (needs more jerk seasoning). Decent. Overall a good experience. We'll be back!
