Nope, never going here again lol. Atmosphere: totally dated, boring, and confusing (is it a sports bar and grill? Or a nice Italian restaurant? Because it’s split literally 50/50 down the middle). It was so quiet in here... no buzz to it at all. None of that would matter if the food was good... but it just wasn’t. The menu choices are just as confusing as the layout: half bar and grill standards like burgers and fries, the other half Italian. The food quality was so low and uninspired!! My salad: a plate of anemic iceberg lettuce, huge slices of red onion and cucumbers, and a Dixie cup of store-bought “Italian” dressing. Please join the 21st century people! A salad can be fun and not work!! The main courses were fine but totally bland. There is plenty of good found to be found in Charlotte and none of it is here!
I've been here several times and the dinner was pretty good but I think I'm done giving breakfast a shot. It comes pretty fast but nothing ever tastes like it was just cooked. Pancakes can't melt butter. Grits and bacon are way overcooked every time, hash browns are extremely dry. Staff is nice but breakfast needs real improvement.
Food was fine but service had some issues. I'll order an appetizer and the server forgot about it . The appetizer came after the meal was almost done. He did take it off the bill added two ice teas that I didnt order. He did correct the bill.
When you see this place and read the name, ya think - meat and potatoes kinda joint. Far from it. Have sports bar and have Italian fine dining? What are you guys trying to pull here? The wait staff this day was not very good at all - my mom didn't enjoy any of her meal - the wait staff could've cared less. The food was fairly expensive as well. I'd have to say try some of the many other establishments in the area - Olive Garden does Italian better than this place (I'm not knocking Olive Garden - just saying.. it's better).
