I had a planing and scaling procedure done and it went better than I could've imagined. The staff was very friendly, supportive and understanding of me, and handled everything with care. I did have some initial issues scheduling the appointment (took a couple months to do so), but was very happy with everything during my appointment. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring dentist!

New patient to Dr. Harrell’s office. The staff was so nice and helpful.. cleaning went great! I was pregnant so no x-rays they also made sure comfort was a top priority and I wasn’t too flat during the exam! I would highly recommend this office and their staff!

They really are the best and now that we've moved we still travel back to Charlotte for dental appointments--that's how good they are! Janice at the front desk is also wonderful and inviting.
