Going to this dental practice has been one of the best decisions of my life. This place is a 10 star dental office. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable. Never have I been so fully impressed and placed complete confidence and trust in a place till I came here. This is the only place I trust to take care of my pearly whites. I wish there was an option for more stars because they are the best.

From the decor, staff, execution of services and overall experience; Dr Kakouras and Dr Helms make going to a dentist as pleasurable as it can be. From a TV above your head to keep your mind off the procedure. To explaining in detail your diagnosis, process and expectation of results. The staff is not only professional but they are friendly. It feels like you're hanging with your friends. I would recommend them to anyone needing ANYTHING done to their teeth. No one looks forward to getting their teeth worked on. But if you have to get it done, Kakouras Family Dentistry should be your first and only call. I would give them more stars if possible. Also they have the best selection of magazines in the waiting room.
The whole office is very nice, not your typical dentist's office look. All the finishes were very high end, and the customer service totally went hand-in-hand.
I had a broken tooth that needed attention immediately. My original dentist moved away and I had to look for a new dentist. I called the office of Dr. Kakouras and they gave me a next day appointment. Everybody was so nice at the facility. I got a crown in my tooth and they did such a great job. It's been 4 weeks since I got it and it feels fantastic. I will continue visiting this office, the treatment you receive is very thorough and professional. I would recommend it to others!
Let me start by saying this is no ordinary dental office. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They work with you on all your oral health needs. Very clean and modern office. My wife and I have been patients for over 9 years. Every time I have been I have been so pleased with the care and service given. I would give more than five stars if I could.
This was my first dentist appointment in over a year and since moving to Charlotte. I primarily chose Kakouras Family Dentistry because it is so close to where I work, but I will be returning for so many more reasons than that.
During my actual appointment things went very smoothly, I was in and out fairly quickly considering it was my first appointment and they needed to get x-rays in addition to the cleaning. All the staff I had the pleasure of meeting/working on my teeth were great as well.
I know I will be back, and I've already recommended it to a friend looking for a dentist! I'd recommend Kakouras Family Dentistry to any one.
First, Sandi at the front desk really helped me out by letting me move around my appointment to accommodate my work schedule - it may have been because of a cancellation, but either way she really worked with me which I appreciated so much.
