Please note, though, they have a policy of only one parent at a time back with the kids due to space issues. I was worried about that because we make both kids' appointments at the same time, but they were great at handling both kids.
They were very upfront about any treatments/procedures that our insurance would not cover, and clearly marked the kids' name tags with anything I declined before we went to the exam room.
I like some of the staff but I feel like many of the staff has a slight prejudice when it comes to serving people on certain insurance such as medicaid they assume you are not taking proper dental procedures with your child. Dental issues can be hereditary regardless if you doing proper care or not they know that and need to be better trained well rather stop ASSuming because some come from lower income brackets. The patients parent are not there to stroke egos if its a problem with the child simply state it without trying to make the parent feel like they are not doing their jobs.
My daughter has been coming here since her baby teeth started coming in. (Shes 2 now) She loves everyone here! I am super satisfied with the way they are patient with her when she isn't so thrilled about them cleaning her teeth. ( she cries a little and sort of fights it ) I would recommend this office any time! Anyone who is patient with my child and gets her excited about cleaning her teeth is a winner in my book! Also I find it super amazing they try to remember every patient and make us feel like they know who we are!!
They were able to get my little guy through his cleaning quickly, and still were able to be through (believe me, with a cranky 2 year old, that is tough!). They were great with my 4 year old, and spoke to her like she was older. That boosted her confidence, and she was able to get her x-rays done without needing me, which was great (reference previous situation :)
Ali and Dr. Cami made us feel extremely comfortable and our first visit was a huge success! Our son was treated phenomenally and loves his new toothbrush and ball. Thanks for making our experience in the office and at home a positive one!
We absolutely loved it! I'm a mom with 3 kids and was able to take in all the kids at once for appointments for each one at the same time. The staff was helpful and kind. Made my day!
