Just had an awesome first time visit at Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry with our little one. Dr. Scott's assistant did a great job explaining everything before he came in which made things run smoothly. Happy to support an #ISF supporter as well!
Great with the kids, communication is superb, never had to wait more than 5 minutes, give you extra time for explanations if needed. Overall great experience over the past 5 years. Highly recommended.
Our first visit to Dr. Scott, I took my 4.5 year old in for a cleaning and was very happy with the professionalism of the staff and Dr. Scott. They did a great job making her feel comfortable. While checking out there was a little girl who appeared upset after having some dental work done and Dr. Scott kept close watch on her and other staff members also stepped in to comfort her. I was quite happy with the way they handled their patients, including my daughter and we will definitely continue to use Dr. Scott for my children's dental needs. The office is also child friendly and each room has it's own theme. My daughter was wearing a beach shirt and was thrilled to get to sit in the beach room.
We love this Ballantyne Pediatric dentistry. My older son had a bad experience when he was 5 years old. We went to dental office in NY and a doctor was so inprofessional and rude to my son. The doctor did an anastesia injection and hurt his gums. And my son started crying and moving unstoppable. Since that time he was scared of going to dental office. But when we moved to Charlotte NC we visited this dentistry and we were so amazed. Now my kids go to the dental office without any fear. Instead they go there with pleasure and joy. It is so nice that kids get some mini toys, balloons, stickers and so on. Everyone in this office is really awesome Dr. Scott and all other personal are truly professional people.
