So far my family (self, wife, and 4 year old son who went hear for his first cleaning) have enjoyed our experience. The facility is nicely laid out, appointments were started on time and were carried out efficiently but not rushed. The only reason I don't go the full 5 stars is that I haven't had enough procedures here yet to rate that high.
I was excited to go into Dr. Carter's office for a consultation - I was looking for a new dentist, and a family friend recommended her. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Brittany, was so unwelcoming that it completely turned me off - and I left without even seeing Dr. Carter. I have never met a desk receptionist that seemed like she hated her job so much - this girl needs to learn a thing or two about quality customer service.
I have been attending this Dentist for 4 years, the staff has always been first class. I had an emergency before the holidays and the staff assured me they would be able to help me on my scheduled appointment. Upon arrival they were warm and very professional, i was even called in before my appointment time. Colleen walks in behind me unannounced, I greet her and she coldly responded, "hey". After looking at me for a moment, she states, she is unable to help me today because she has to many clients scheduled and she just can't help until the new year. I reminded her about the promise her staff made and her reply was, "I can't help you". No apology, empathy or sense of basic customer service. Reflecting back on my experiences with Colleen Carter DDS (the individual), they have not been memorable. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere and find someone who values your business and doesn't view you as a seasonal inconvenience.
I would highly recommend Dr. Colleen Carter for a crown, especially if you have a busy schedule. It was incredible! Done same-day with the latest technology and looks great! I literally, walked in, and 2 hours later, walked out with a complete crown. I don't even have to go back for a bite adjustment! Thank you so much Dr. Carter for taking such good care of me! It's beautiful and the bite is great! Also, I hate the sound of dental tools so they have Beats headphones in the office for me to use! Seriously, best experience at the dentist yet! Dr. Carter, you're the best!
Brittany and Laura at the front desk are really helpful and a lot of fun. I have been a patient here for a long time and would highly recommend to anyone.
