I think I have finally found my dentist here in Charlotte after a year of disappointments with other dentists. Ms. Kim is wonderful, patient, and has a motherly vibe that puts you at ease. She took great care of me while she installed my temporary crown. I also met Diem Le who took care of me while Ms. Kim had another patient. Diem was also very warm and made sure I was comfortable. She even helped me invite DOC to a health fair I was organizing at my university. And the last person I want to talk about is Dr. Cabana, I spent the least amount of time with her but she was also great. She explains all the procedures and warns you every time something might be a bit painful so you can prepare yourself but it's never too painful. She installed my permanent crown and I feel a lot better, I can finally eat somewhat normally and the sensitivity in my tooth has gone down by 95%. I definitely recommand DOC they will take good care of your teeth and you.
Recently started to visit this practice and Dr. Cabana for some much needed dental work. They provided me with a detailed plan to get my work done. Dr. Cabana and the whole staff have provided me with the most professional service I have ever had. The work is well under way and I am extremely happy with the services provided. Thank you.
