I love Dr. Tripp and the whole Landmark Dentistry Team! He has taken care of my entire family and I have referred many of my friends and coworkers. We have had everything done from routine cleanings to extractions, fillings, and crowns. We completely trust his work and advice. Additionally, the staff treats us like family and is always friendly and courteous. The best dental office in Charlotte!
Great place! It's very relaxing and the people are all very nice. My entire family has been going there for years. The hygienist have always been thorough and gentle. Dr Tripp has been great and always makes sure I'm as comfortable as possible and as painless as possible in every procedure I've had done there. Denise in the office is awesome!
Over the weekend, I began experiencing the most debilitating pain you could ever imagine. It turned out that an infection penetrated my old filling, killing the root in the process and caused the most unbearable pain. After 2 unsuccessful visits to the ER and a visit to an Emergency Dentist whose staff claimed over the phone that the doctor may be able to perform an emergency root canal, which turned out only to be a complete scam and ploy to get me in the door as the doctor told me (after I paid money to see him) that he never performs root canals, I was at a complete and total loss. I literally called every doctor in a 15 mile radius, but received no help. That is, until I found Dr. Tripp. Desperate for any relief, I started googling and came across Landmark Denistry, the only office near me open at 7am. I literally raced there and entered in tears begging for someone to please just numb the area, regardless of the cost. The receptionist was so kind, and seeing how much pain I was in, told me to have a seat and that she “would figure something out.” Literally, within 5 minutes, I was in Dr. Tripp's chair, not only being numbed, but was undergoing an emergency root canal to make the pain go away. Now remember, I had never been to this office, it was only by chance that I found it, but I am so extremely glad that I did. Dr. Tripp and his nurse were both compassionate, helpful, and caring, and did everything in their power to rectify the problem and help me become more pain free. I will never forget how much Dr. Tripp helped me and I look forward to his office assisting me with all of my dental needs in the future. This Office is amazing and I highly recommend it!
Our family has been coming to Dr. Tripp and his wonderful team for years. At LandMark Dentistry, as soon as you walk in the door, you'll see that the entire team is professional, warm and welcoming. The first time I went in for a cleaning, I couldn't get over how gentle the hygienests were. I wish dentistry had been this pleasant when I was a kid. From the moment I walked in the waiting room, I was greeted with smiles and an inviting atmosphere. Amber, Denise and Kristen provided a wonderful first impression at the front desk which put me immediately at ease. My hygiene appointment with Amanda was comfortable, calm and thorough. Her suggestion for a flouride treatment because of some cold sensitivity was an excellent one. It has drastically reduced my sensitivity to cold. Dr Tripp is extremely gifted and it was immediately clear he had my best long term health interests in mind. He identified micro fractures in two of my teeth that have large 20 yr old fillings. He suggested a treatment plan to do in stages rather trying to do too much at once. The total experience at LandMark was amazing and I highly recommend them without hesitation.
