Best Dentist office in the world. Highly recommend anyone in the Charlotte area to go see them!
My family has been going to Dr. Lineberger for a few months and they LOVE going to the dentist now... huh? Never would have thought that I would be excited to go to the dentist, but that's exactly how you feel walking through the doors here. The staff made me feel like we were friends the second I walked in. The place is decorated fabulously and everything is pristine and comfortable. Great music and any TV channel you want to watch while having your cleaning done. My cleaning was quick, comfortable, and thorough. Dr. Adrian is simply amazing. This practice is the best in Charlotte. You don't find a dentist like this everyday. P.S. Go Blue!
I chipped my tooth the weekend before Christmas and was devastated because I knew so how few dental offices would be open during the week of Christmas... Dr. Lineberger and his staff got me an early appointment on the very first day they were back after Christmas Day. They were given almost no notice and still found a way to work me into their busy schedule. I will never go to another dentist as long as I live in the Charlotte area. Not a single bad thing to say about any of my experiences with this amazing dental office.
For some reason this practice does not file insurance claims with Blue Cross, and does not inform you of this when you make an appointment. I just wasted a lot of time there, only to be informed that I would have to pay $356 and file the claim myself.
Absolutely love this dentist office! Great customer service! All of the staff members are very personable and easy to talk to! Dr. Adrian recently repaired a filling of mine, it was quick and painless! They really made me feel at home! Would definitely refer friends and family to Lineberger Dentistry! :D
