I went to Dr. Schramm's office back in November 2016 to get some of my cavities taken care of, of course I had never done anything like that before and he was very brief about the procedure, clear, and funny. His Assistant Tory is beyond amazing. Anyways after I got my cavities filled I got home and could not eat or even drink without experiencing unbearable pain, I contacted his office and they got me in right away to fix the bite (which is a very common issue when getting your cavities filled). After fixing the bite I was still experiencing some pain, no where near as bad as the first time so he brought me back and re-did my whole filling at no cost, however I was still experiencing some pain when eating hard foods but I gave it a couple months before contacting them to see if I'm just being a little b**** and I found out that I wasn't so I contacted them and they immediately gave me an appointment and worked around my work schedule various times. A few days ago Dr. Schramm and Tory made some final touches on my tooth and I have not been experiencing anymore pain, I really appreciate a business that will not leave a job until it is 100% done. Thank you to Dr. Schramm, Tory and his entire helpful staff who worked on helping me get back to normal.
Very welcoming staff and knowledgeable dentist. Everyone takes the time to get to know you and helps to make you feel at ease. Would highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Schramm and his staff are excellent! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Schramm for at least 26 years, and our two grown children have seen him all of their lives starting at about 3 years old. He is not just a fantastic dentist, he is a fantastic person. He is honest, professional, friendly and of course extreme knowledgeable in his field. We would gladly recommend him to anyone! His staff is also wonderful. They are a very friendly and effective support team. We always leave happy and with really, really clean feeling teeth!
I love this dental office. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. I can just sit back and watch tv and relax! Love the staff too!
Dr. Schramm and his staff are amazing. My daughter was terrified when she needed 2 fillings. Dr. Schramm talked very calmly to her and explained each and every detail of the procedure. He made a scary situation very calm for my daughter.
