Once again a great visit with SouthEnd Dentistry. The staff is friendly, thorough and efficient. I have always loved going to the dentist since I was a child and these past 5 years of coming to this practice has not disappointed. Clean teeth, friendly service and a wonderful atmosphere!!
This was my first time visiting a dentist since I moved to Charlotte and I had a great experience. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth was extremely personable and made me very comfortable. Dr. Picot was great as well. They took their time to see me on my first visit so I was able to meet the doctor and actually speak with him. They took time to explain everything to me as well. I did not feel like they were pushing me to do work that did not need to be done either. For instance, I have small calcium deposits on my teeth from braces and they gave me the option for treatment but it was not forced. When I was leaving the office I was able to sit down with someone and they went over all the details of the work done and costs associated with it on a screen which was helpful to see. Definitely recommend SouthEnd Dentistry!
SouthEnd Dentistry is the only place in Charlotte that I go to get my teeth cleaned. I've also had more cosmetic work done with them in the past (veneers to replace chipped teeth). Overall, Dr. Picot has built a really top notch group of dental associates that are knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I've been, they have taken the time to explain in detail what the treatment options are and what the procedures are. They have a pretty good way about making the experience of cleaning your teeth as pleasurable as it can be. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs
Today was my first visit to SouthEnd Dentistry after moving from the DC area. After having to leave an amazing dentist behind, I was hard pressed to find a dentist office that would be just as good. I can honestly say SouthEnd Dentistry is hands down the best dentist office around!
From the time I walked in, through my consultation and service, everyone was warm, welcoming and explained what was taking place each step of the way. I am excited that a Google search yielded such great results. I will definitely be sticking with SouthEnd Dentistry and highly recommend them.
I love coming to South End Denistry. Everyone is really down to earth and pleasant. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Their easy and flexible scheduling helps with my busy work life. There is never much of a wait after I check in and they make sure to get me in and out in timely manner. The location itself is modern and upscale. Its really beautiful. I highly recommend checking it out!
