I scheduled myself for a cleaning and took time off of work to come in. They gave me an exam and said i was not scheduled for a cleaning. Absolute garabage! Instead of accommodating for her error, the receptionist at the front desk argued with me to justify her scheduling error. Hire someone that knows what theyre doing or give her more training. Never coming back here again! Very unhappy with my experience today. Not a good start to my morning. Thanks UDA.
Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. Top of the line medical equipment and the DDS was very easy to talk with. They treated me like a person, not just a number.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. I was able to get all three of us in for the visit that evening despite a hold up with x-rays that needed to be sent over on my end. I was very impressed.
This place is GREAT! The staff is extremely welcoming, comforting, and friendly. I have had a severe fear of the dentist my whole life, but this place is wonderful. Just a regular teeth cleaning is crazy - they make my teeth look so good! I also love the receptionist. Definitely five stars.
My new dentures are just what I asked for and she, along with her staff, were always helpful and easy to work with. OUTSTANDING treatment and follow up care from Dr. Tollett and everyone in the Northlake Office! THANK YOU!
11/2017 Update: FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! I can’t say enough about Dr. Tollett. I needed to get a full set of dentures (I already had the upper, but it needed a new replacement). My lower denture, however, was going to be NEW for me.
I would rate a negative star if possible. Took forever to book an appointment just to receive mediocre services. Reception staff is rude and Dr. Anina cares nothing about it! Don't waste your time nor money people. Run!
I still had ten lower teeth left that needed to come out. She extracted the teeth over two visits and BOTH times I needed NO pain medication! I’m 57 years old and I’ve had my share of dental care. This is the first time in my life I needed NO medications after procedures like these.
