Both Brandon and Andrew were absolutely amazing. Brandon remembered my husband and I from earlier that week when we went to another Extra Space to look at units and was kind enough to reserve one at this location before it opened up at the same rate. Brandon also remembered my husbands birthday and asked how it was. Andrew was sweet and excited about us being the first customer. He was very accommodating to our no lock situation. I’ve never had a bad experience with any extra space and I’m excited to be at one that’s 10 minutes from our house!
