You're not working with the best unless you're working with Karen. The purchase of our home was a roller coaster, but Karen was a calming and steady influence throughout. Knowledgeable, patient, excellent communication, deep knowledge of the market - that's all Karen. Not only was she thorough and analytical on guiding our offers to the sellers, but she nailed the negotiation piece, as well. She was able to get the sellers to clean up some small things on the house that we never thought they would go for.
