The sad part about this is, I've never had to leave a negative review in my whole life. If I spend the time to review something its always about a positive experience I've had. I can typically just walk away from negative experiences, but I geniuinely don't want anyone else to have to go through what my family has had to with this home purchase. Consider yourself warned and happy home hunting.
Buyer beware: In a short period of time I've been amazed at the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this firm. I went 6 days with no return phone call during a critical period of home purchase. If a happy time with your family finding a home is what you're after I doubt you'll get it here. I've worked with several agents before in the past and have never had an experience like this one. Run don't walk away from utilizing their services. That is unless of course you don't mind being called names by your own agent. After trying to walk away amicably from the firm the husband and wife duo took turns yelling at me on the phone then hung up. I'm not even sure if I'll every hear from them again, but they still want to be my "agent."

On top of being one of the best in this industry in NC and SC, there's also credit that he gives you when buying a house. If your selling, he has a program that save you money at closing! I've purchased several properties with this office and I will only let Dane Warren and his Brokers represent me.
