We could not ask for better care for our dog. We had a Jack Russell Terrier with some health issues and the staff was so good and patient with him. They showed such kindness to us when he passed. Our new rescue Jack Russell Terrier also has some Heath issues and they have been attentive and patient, especially with this nervous mom. I highly recommend this practice to any pet owner. They are professional, give excellent care, and love their patients.
Great with our English bull dog! Customer care and pet care are top notch! Had an emergency a few years ago and called right before closing on Friday. Not only was the doctor waiting for us, so was most of the staff. They sincerely care about your pets.
Dr. Schoolmeester has been the vet for all my animals since he opened his practice in Greensboro, NC, more than 20 years ago. He moved to Charlotte 6 months prior to our moving here, so I was delighted and relieved when I realized I would still be able to depend on his excellent knowledge, care and compassion for my animals. We used Dr Schoolmeister who is very capable and experienced with lots of animals. We used the puppy protection plan which is a set price for all their shots up to a year, including the spay/neuter. I always felt like this was a warm inviting vet and our dog loves the staff. Would definitely recommend!
