They do not care about the customers at all at this location they're ignorant and rude! Had an issue with the camera on my iPhone the phone was not even 1year old, was purchased from an Apple Store! The issue was a malfunction with the camera something I cannot cause! Spoke with the ignorant lady who insisted that "whoever I bought the phone off of" Is where the issue came but when the records shows it came from an Apple Store now the warranty is expired ok either way this is unacceptable I should not have to pay for apples malfunctioning issues. Spoke with two different managers one ran to the back never saw her again the other came out with filthy hands talking in circles about upgrading all they care about is making a dollar and not doing what is right for a long time apple user (at this store)!!! I've had better experiences elsewhere!!! Either way I don't trust apple and will not buy another apple product & will switch to Samsung it's not worth it! I hope this store gets looked at for is unacceptable, unreasonable acts =)
The representative at the store doesn’t even have minimum knowledge on sales and returns. They are not polite and doesn’t care what you are trying to say. They gave me a non working gift card for trading in my IPad and I had to waste 4-5 hours of my time to get it resolved. Better avoid visiting this store.
Customer service here unacceptable......very rude! They (genius) explain your software problem or issue before even checking you device. You ask a question pretend to hear you walk away start helping another customer.!!! The employees seems to think they pay us (customers) I’m just over Apple products!!! The older Your device the less you’re value customer. Steve Jobs I know you’re turning over in your grave.... miss you so much!!!!
LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ... apparently the new Macs do not come w/ an adaptor for your iPhone 8 or below. (no USB; it's a "mini USB"). I called Apple and after I purchased a 3K MacBook Pro they can't send me a $20 adaptor. Gonna box it up and take it back to the Mac store at Northlake Mall where I just purchased it yesterday. Customer service is not their forte'. I think that Apple has forgotten about people like me who bought their computers in the early 90s when no one else would and PCs were killing them.
Apple is one of my most favorite stores. Not just because I am an electronic junkie, but also because every time I go the customer service is amazing. Sure wait times for the Genius Bar can be long, but that's expected. When I went recently I had to wait to be seen, but as soon as I entered the store one of the guys came straight up to me to point me in the right direction. The guy who signed me in for a Genius Bar appointment was super nice too. Cameron, the technician who helped me with my issue, was great as well. Very helpful, quick, knowledgeable...it was a smooth process.
