Fix it.

I stopped in randomly because I was thinking about buying a new laptop. I don't have a lot of computer knowledge so I was helped by Wren. She blew me away with her knowledge and she really took the time to find out my needs in a computer. When you go there, ask for Wren if you want to work with someone who has great product knowledge!

When a customer follows instructions from corporate authorizing a return in an email, these two losers Jessica and Travis decide to make a call to the cops instead of corporate because it was busy and two days before Christmas. WOW!!!!!! Talk about retail professionals SMH!! I guess the old saying "shoot first and ask questions later" applies to Best Buy culture.

I went into the store today because i needed a gift card and noticed: Base decks are falling off, end caps are hanging by a single hook, signage is broken and missing, product open box products are everywhere without pricing or signage, a staff member described the iPad mini 4 as “the old iPad I think”. There was dirt and dust everywhere, and no pride in presentation, the store is a disaster.

I was a Best Buy employee for 10 years in 4 cities on the east coast. Worked my way up through the ranks and finished as a store leader. In all of my time at the company I never experienced a store that is as disheveled and dirty in a high scale area than the Metro Best Buy in Charlotte. I live a mile away but I choose to drive to neighboring cities when I need a Best Buy because the Metro store is so bad.

This is one of the best Best Buy stores in Charlotte. I've always had great shopping experiences here. Sometimes there aren't enough associates to go around, which is understandable considering the uphill battle box stores fight with online retailers. With some patience, it still takes several hours less than it would take getting in an out of an Apple store. That said, customer greeting and initial experience should be improved by Best Buy as a whole. Possibly have the greeters ask what department you're shopping, and if you need help and then use a tablet or similar to sign people in and alert associates of where to be.

I got a new car receiver and back up camera here. It was installed quickly and the employee was very helpful in finding the right products and adjusting for specific changes based on my vechile needs. He walked me through the new device and made sure I had what I wanted before I left. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back if I have any other car installation needs. Thanks.

If any of the stores I worked at looked like this, my store leadership would have been replaced immediately. Metropolitan is a high scale location with a Best Buy that looks like it belongs in the third world.
