I went there to trade my BMW on a Mazda6 Grand Touring this past week. When I got there they were very kind and the salesman was very helpful. But after I left on the test drive, they took my car to evaluate it. In that time my car somehow developed a MAJOR oil leak, even though there are no stains on my driveway or at the bank that I went to before Adams. I got my car towed to BMW, and they checked into the "oil leak" and a "rattling noise" they heard. And guess what, there is not a single thing wrong with my car per BMW!! Not one drip of oil, and one loose bolt on a heat shield. They were trying to give me less than half of what I wanted because of that!! They were seriously trying to take advantage of me, and I would NOT advise going there if you plan on trading in a car!
I was a little skeptical about going to a used lot but overall my experience at Adam's Auto group was wonderful. From the frist point of contact to the last point of driving off with the vechicle. Everyone was knowledgeable and respectful of what I wanted. The two gentlemen (Jerry, Antoni) that helped me were great. Please if you are needing or just wanted to get a used car do check out Adam's Auto Group on South Blvd.it will be an fast, courtesy, and pleasant experience.
Guys were awesome, very professional, very speedy process! Didn’t give us all of the typical bs that goes into purchasing a car. Everything was simply put and we wrapped it up in recording breaking time. Ricardo & T were great!
I had a bad experience with them too, I bought my BMW last month on South Blvd, on the third day I realized that the sunroof and the cigar box did not work, I changed the cigarette-case fuse and it worked, I decided to take the car the next day to that they checked the sunroof, they checked it and they told me that the engine did not work and it had to change it. But they did not change it for warranty because I had changed the cigarette holder's fuse and it had no guarantee. I spoke with the seller and told him that if they did not answer me, I would not pick up the car. After two days of being the car in the dealer I call to see how we could fix this situation, to which I answered that I was looking how to do to replace the piece as a guarantee, we agreed that I would pick up the car while I gave a reason, when I arrive by the car and turn on the engine, the electric chairs and the seat belts or the heating of the same ones did not work. I spoke with the mechanic and received the car with the condition that these inconveniences were going to be repaired and we made an appointment for Saturday, leave the car on Saturday 10:00 a.m. and after 4 hours the seller calls me to tell me that the mechanic did not come and pick up my car. After that, two weeks have passed and the phone does not answer anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO BUY ANY VEHICLE. THEY MISTRACT THE BUYER.
I had a great experience at adams. No problems. Aaron the sales rep went above and beyond.
