Great service and you know you are getting a good car. So much easier than a dealership and all the document fees they charge. Would highly recommend looking for your next car with enterprise.
Buying a car can be frustrating and confusing but not at this location. The salesman was friendly, very knowledgeable, courteous and professional towards me and my bestfriend during her car shopping experience. Worked with her to help my friend find the best one for her needs and her payments were low. Christmas, Tax time and Valentine's day is coming up fellas, I highly recommend if you go to hit up Mr. Edwards.
My only complaint was that I was very excited that there was a "no haggle" price on the car and thought that would shorten the time involved in buying the car, but we were still there about 3 1/2 hours... I wish someone could figure out how to process things in less time.
I recently purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Corbin, my salesman, was a jewel to work with - he was there anytime I had a question or just wanted to talk and throw ideas around before I made my final decision. The entire staff was wonderful and very accommodating to my every whim!! I will definitely be sending friends and clients to Enterprise Car Sales!
Terrible experience for me. The man that made my appointment was not there when I showed up. The sales guy that I had was Paris. If I could base my review just on him it would be a five star he was great. The finance manager left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half. He never spokje another word to me even after finding out that I was approved for a loan. I walked out and found another car somewhere else. They need to find a new manager asap.
The salesman was courteous and eager to show us his inventory and the manager was very helpful on the finance end of things.
Overall, it was a great experience... I would definitely recommend y'all to my friends!
