BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from here and then discovered it had an accident history with $18k worth of body repairs. My insurance company discovered this once I insured the vehicle. I asked both the salesman and finance person if the vehicle has ever been in an accident prior to purchase, and both of them said NO! Make sure you ask to physically see the Carfax report as this was intentionally misrepresented. After I discovered the misrepresentation and called the salesperson, he simply said "there isn't anything I can do for you." These repairs from prior accident would have significantly devalued the price of the vehicle.
I love this place Tyler was great! He helped me with my problem didn’t trying to rob me or lie about what was wrong he was very honest! He also had it done the same day he is awesome you have to try him out he has good and fair prices
I recently visited Metrolina in search of a used Audi A6. From the beginning of the process until the end, Steve provided excellent customer service and was there to answer every question I had. There was never any pressure to buy and I felt like they were fair in giving me the deal I hoped for. I'm typically not a big fan of the car buying process but the guys at Metrolina were professional and made me feel comfortable. Also, the showroom is fantastic and I recommend dropping in just to check out some of the exotic cars. Really cool place and friendly service.
So I love exotic cars. And I found out about this place a couple of weeks ago. Me and my dad went here to go look at the cars and they were super cool about it. They weren’t all over us. This place is amazing. Their employees are super nice and kind. And most of all they have awesome cars
Teejay is AWESOME!! Right away I felt like this was a “different” car dealership. No one is hassling you or making you feel pressured. Teejay is super down to earth and has helped with everything! He answered all my crazy questions and worked with me in every aspect of getting a new car. Love the car selection and the ability to find what you want!
