I purchased my car from driven earlier this year. The salesperson, Monique, was amazing. She knew exactly what I needed and made sure I got it. Thanks Monique........However, when I purchased my car it was agreed that the missing seat belt covers would be replaced. In fact Todd, the manager, told me that they were already ordered and he was waiting for them to come in and when they did he would give me a call. Well it’s been about 7 months and still no covers. I have repeated called and left messages for Todd to call me back over this time. No response. I am actually on hold with them as I write this review and it’s been almost 20 mins. I would never buy another car from them and I will not be recommending my friends, family or even strangers to purchase any either. Monique is great but the company as a whole is unethical and unprofessional.

When I tell you my credit is shot and even going through a repo and she worked with me and got me a great deal. Bless you Monique. I read the reviews on here and had to post. First and foremost " Koodles" to Todd Jacob and his team. For those of you who think Driven Automotive is a hoax, I can tell you they are not. I purchased my 2016 Outlander from here and my credit score was 444! Yes, 444... The staff here are extremely courteous and though you may be here for some time, it's only to ensure that you leave with a vehicle. They worked their asses off to help me with my poor credit! My daughter purchased her 2015 Hundai Sunata from here as well. The only problem I've had with my vehicle was to have these horrible drivers in Charlotte run into the back of it "TWICE"..... So, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle and you have lousy credit, this is the place to go!!!!
