I wouldn’t buy a moped from this dealer must less a $100,000+ car. I would give them 0 stars if possible as 1 is too many. Brand new car spent over 2 months in the shop, horrible communication, no response from management until I got corporate Hendrick Auto involved. Once corporate got involved things progressed. Car almost went lemon law it had been in repair for so long. Even today still dealing with issues and can’t get responses to emails. This dealer needs new management. Read reviews on this location as all is well until you have an issue and then service goes to junk. Repeated problem

He always got back to me in a timely manner, I recommend him to anyone who is even looking into purchasing at Land Rover Charlotte, because he truly was the best.
This place has no competition and that's why they can afford the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a dealership!!!! Purchased a 2017 Discovery and had a good experience dealing the sales department with Herman. He assigned us to Gary in the service department and Gary was nice when we had to go there for what I believe was a seat belt recall. A few months later the sensors stopped working properly. I didn't notice until I hit an object inside my garage and I am glad I didn't get in a worse accident because of that. I then took the car to Land Rover to find out my car was transferred to Henrique in the service department. I guess Gary was too busy I don't know but this time the experience was far from good. I had to sit in the lobby for over an hour to get any assistance and ended up having to leave the car there. It took from Tuesday to Friday for them to just check the sensors and tell me they are fine and that sometimes they will go off for no reason. Which especially scares me because if I have a car that I can't trust the sensors I wouldn't have paid more for that at first place. The dealership also couldn't fix the minor dent on the front of the car and referred me to a body shop across the street which quoted the service at over $300. Basically I have a car that I can't trust the sensors, that I am lucky I didn't get in a bad accident to figure that out, and on top of that I have to pay over $300 to fix the damage that wouldn't have occurred if not for the unreliable sensors. To add more to the problem the sensors are still not working until I push the sensor button on the panel which I will have to remember every time. And the only person that figured out that was the person at the body shop I was referred to that was way more helpful than the service department at Land Rover. This is my first Land Rover and probably my last with this "unremarkable" customer service experience that they offer their clients at this location. Extremely disappointed to say the least.
Test drive loop to short. Extra inventory kept in over grown grass lot....salesman tells me to watch out for snakes. Salesman not responsive with email. Sales manager would not respond to emails either after assuring me that he would take care of my car after it was hit on their lot. Lucky for me LR Cary took care of me. Car buying for a 90k car should be better.
So glad we got a car there. Service is good, Gary is responsive and cares about customer experience. It's a busy dealership so sometimes wait can go up to 15 min but nothing unbearable. All costs are explained upfront, no pressure from anyone.
