By far, the best thing about University Volvo is the people. They all take a lot of time talking with you, making sure that you understand all about your car,--whether you're buying a new one or fixing an old one-- following up with any maintenance issues, and just making you feel like you're the only customer they have! I highly recommend this dealership! And the cars are pretty good too!!! Love my Volvo!!
My 2011 Volvo XC90 had a sudden electrical problem and wouldn't run. I had to have my car towed into University Volvo. This was an unexpected situation. Even with the remodeling and construction going on at University Volvo, the staff was very helpful in setting me up with a loaner vehicle. Since I had the car there and the car was getting close to needing scheduled maintenance I asked about having that work done at the same time. Because of the remodeling I wasn't expecting my car to be worked on until the next day. Later the same day I got a call from University Volvo that my car was again working and they finished up with it. Not only did they find and fix the electrical problem, perform scheduled maintenance; they also found and replaced a failing motor mount. There was no charge on the motor mount since it was under warranty. As always top notch service even with all the remodeling and construction going on.

University Volvo is a great place to buy and service your Volvo. I recently had to get my daughter's S60 in for s quick check. They worked us in on a Saturday and discovered a bulge in one of her tires. She had just returned from a spring break trip in Florida and was heading back to college the next day.
