We drove over 2 hours to see a car at this dealership. The sales manager was so honest it made us feel wanted and appreciated at the dealership. There was an issue with the car and they fixed it without hesitation. We worked with Steven and he was great, he made sure we knew every step of the process. We like to trade cars every 6 months or so, so we have had about 16 vehicles over the past 11 years. Dealing with Steven and Justin was by far the best experience we have ever had! If anyone is looking for an honest car dealership buy here!
I bought a Lexus RC350 F-Sport from this place, and I’ve never even been to it. That alone gives them 5 stars right off. All the paperwork was done over the phone and through overnight mail. They’re very professional, and very quick with the process. I needed a car ASAP, and they did just that. I wasn’t actually able to go get the car myself, so they personally delivered it to my house, which is 2 hours away. I want thank Tina, for helping me get in such a great car. Nothing but a great experience with her. She even left a little gift for me in the car!! Thanks for everything Tina!! Wish I could’ve gotten a picture with you in front of the car lol.
