Always a fantastic experience from the front office to the back office. Dr. Yousuff is top notch in her field. My whole sclerotherapy procedure was honestly not to painful. Dr Yousuff was so gentle and caring throughout the entire procedure. I have seen Dr. Sudy for other services and again top notch and awesome results. I highly recommended Evolve Medical Associates.
I visited Evolve Medical Spa on Friday, 8/23/13 for a skin procedure. It was surprisingly painless. I was very impressed with Dr. Yousuff's knowledge. She described exactly what to expect and when, and sure enough, the procedure went perfectly. The personal attention was amazing. You don't get that much attention from medical personnel these days. This is a great spa compared to others I have visited.
I have had several experiences with Evolve and all have been easy. I love working with their staff and doctors. They seem to read me and my anxieties and work hard to meet my needs and expectations. They provide an easy and low key environment - I don't feel like I'm part of a herd of cattle being rushed in and rushed out. It's about building trusting relationships. Even in the low key environment, they take all the necessary precautions but without being cold and stuffy about it. I even enjoyed having Dr. Sudy sing today during a procedure. Again, not stuffy - just real people providing products/services in a professional, yet inviting environment. I highly recommend Evolve – their products and services are great and the people are the icing on top.
I was recommended to see Dr. Sudy by an aesthetician about five years ago and have been going to him ever since. His bedside manner is second to none and from the initial appointment, I felt as though this doctor cared about me and my results. He's got a great eye and knows exactly what procedures would benefit me and how much was needed. There's been a few times that I wanted 'just a touch more' and he wisely advised against it. I also like that he takes his time; he's slow with the needle which, for me, prevents bruising. He's methodical and artistic which is precisely the combination you want in a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. I highly recommend!
The office itself is in a great location and has excellent equipment. The staff is very friendly. The waiting room and the relaxation room are nicely done. But the best part is the personal care. This medical spa is Charlotte's hidden jewel!
The ONLY place I will visit for my Botox and fillers!! The BEST staff ever! Dr. Sudy is the most kind and professional Dr. I highly recommend him.
