I started seeing Dr. Melissa Ratliff here in the summer of 2013, shortly after we moved to south Charlotte, and now our whole family sees her, too. I’ve always found the office staff to be professional and friendly, they always file our insurance correctly, we are usually able to get appointments when we need them, even on short notice. Time to make an appointment to get my flu shot next!
Very rude and unprofessional. My doctor of over 30 years retired and I was trying to find another doctor. I went in as a new patient and saw Dr Small which is a very young doctor. I was told that it is his policy to "drug test" all new patients. First off, I am a 57 yr old health nut. In shock, I agreed. When I went to relieve myself in their little cup, the nurse screamed at me "you can't take your purse in there with you". Are you kidding me???? Needless to say, Dr Small is not my new doctor.
Be careful if paying by credit card as someone in IT / Billing may use it to conduct their own personal online shopping spree.
This place is amateur hour. My wife has been having critical shoulder pains since Monday and all the doctor can do is refer her to an Ortho doc for an appointment a week later and a MRI appointment two weeks later. In the meantime stay in bed and take 4 different narcotics. What if she dislocated her shoulder or broke a bone? Sorry, we’ll get someone to take care of you maybe in a week?
Don’t try to reschedule your appointment... needless to say Dr Ratliff will not be my doctor.
