A doctor by the name of Ralf I believe was very rude and stuck this unusual metal instrument in my eye that was very uncomfortable, I’ve never had that done for a retinal exam and it seemed unnecessary.

I've been calling this place for the last 3 days to request an appointment. The first operator Caroline, picks up the phone and then transferred to Ashley who does not pick up the phone and sends you to a voice mail. I left a voice mail with my information so they can call me and did not happened. I will have to look somewhere else.
I have a rare optic disorder so I needed a doctor who know how to treat me. The people at Horizon Eye Care have always been polite and helpful. I will continue to go there!
I was referred to this office when my son was 2. We've come at least every 3 months for the last 15 months (6 visits at least). I arrive early for every appointment and consistently wait in the waiting room 30 minutes past my appointment time. They tell you they operate on "kid time" and can't control how long appointments take. Is it that hard to schedule better?! I keep coming back because my son had lazy eye surgery and we're still finishing check ups. As soon as we're past that I will be changing offices.
