The building is Rundown and it's supposed to be a Haven for people going through rehab and parents that are without housing period but the landlord is a slumlord. But they have someone on the desk at all times. So I feel kind of safe
Filthy,rude,and a high disregard for ALL HUMANS. THESE PPL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WEAK,POOR, DEFENSELESS AND HOMELESS!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! ASAP!!!!!
