Great hotel in a great location. The happy hour was great, the room had a fantastic view of downtown and the rooms were spotless.
New hotel so it is clean and the decor is pleasing. Staff have been friendly and attentive. Parking is valet only. That's an additional $25/night plus tipping. Room was clean and comfortable though bedroom quite small. A few things we felt could improve the in-room experience. The towel hook is mounted behind the shower door. Needs a shelf in shower. Better tissues that are soft. Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Love the outdoor fires and seating.
Where to start! We were in town for a Panthers game and the location was perfect! Just a few blocks from Bank of America stadium and places like Spectrum Center are nearby too. Amenities are nice and modern, the beds super comfortable and things like the shower pressure pleasant. Will be coming back for sure!
I would definitely recommend if you are staying in downtown Charlotte. It's a short walk to many restaurants and bars as well as other attractions.
The rooms and guest services were awesome!! The parking attendant set the tone for weekend and Martin followed up with the same great welcome at check in. Walking distance to so many places, spacious suites - the smaller ones still accommodate 3/4 people easily!! Best stay in Charlotte NC!!
This is a new hotel with all the bells and whistles you would expect from an Embassy Suites. They do have a terrace for a common area that anyone can utilize. There are great views of the convention center from here. Also, there are private rooms with their own terraces that are probably incredible.
