Super-loud heater in the bedroom but it kept the room warm...even if I did have to sleep with a pillow over my head. Clean bedroom and bathroom, nice linens and amenities.
Room was nice but the heater was too loud to get a good sleep.
The rooms are very nice. She suits are spacious and homey. The business center is useless. The printer was not hooked up.
Staff are great, especially the guy works at the breakfast restaurant was very professional and friendly.
I had to make a last minute reservation on a Friday night for the weekend. Four Points was one of the only hotels that had availability. I am so happy I booked it. Everything went smoothly and easily from check-in to check-out. The desk agent whom checked me in was very helpful. I told him it was my birthday weekend and he gave me a voucher for a complimentary breakfast each morning. The rooms were extremely CLEAN! I loved the set up of everything. Housekeeping also did a great job with turndown service. Whenever I come back to Charlotte, this is where I will staying. Thank you for a great experience.
Clean and comfy. It is a little far from downtown, but there are definitely a few breweries and restaurants in the area. Staff was pleasant
