We have our office Christmas party here every year. We keep coming back because Hyatt House does an outstanding job with everything. They make it an enjoyable night without any worries!
Absolutely terrible and unprofessional staff! It takes a lot for me to write a review but I felt one was warranted given that I heard similar experiences at this location from colleagues. The room I booked had lights that weren't working. Plumbing was not working properly. The hotel staff messed up my billing and charged me and my company for the room. This situation wouldn't be that bad but the staff acted so unprofessionally and disrespectful towards the situation. My company had sent a preauthorization form to clear the room but they still charged me. They finally located the form but not after they charged me 300$ to my account, which will be refunded but in 4 to 7 business days. Also, food is overpriced. Save the hassle. Find another hotel.
If you love southern hospitality then this is the temporary stay for you! I don't remember the younger lady at the front desk name, however, her kindness and attentiveness were unmatched to any experience I've had yet staying overnight somewhere. The breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh, and so tasty; it was the perfect start to my busy work day. The room I stayed in was extremely clean and very cozy. Overall I will be a returning guest based off this experience.
This hotel was absolutely incredible. Everyone in our group got the best night of sleep we had in a long time. The rooms were spotless and the building seems close to brand new. It’s centrally located in the downtown area, with loads of shopping and food nearby. Great for business travel, as it is very close off the interstate. The food service and lobby area are very chic. We also eyeballed the rooftop pool, which looked awesome but a little too cold outside to take a dip. Hotel staff were also courteous and welcoming, making sure to get us swiftly in our beds after checking in late at night. Don’t second guess yourself on this hotel, 10/10 recommend.
Great place to stay!! Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean and there is a 24 hour Gym. Parking can be a little tricky in the area but the hotel does offer parking for $26. They also have a great breakfast. This location is located about 15-20 minutes from the airport.
