Be careful if your a smoker! I admit I am a smoker but I always carry freshener and smoke outside or in my car if I need too! Now before I completely describe my experience let me say the radisson was a new hotel 2 weeks old and still working kinks! The hotel was a very nice stay and affordable hotel. They only charge 50 dollar incidentals per transaction so if you stay more then one day, still only a 50 incidental charge! My experience wasn't fishy until I left as I see a 150 dollar charge on my card that I wasn't authorized. I called back to only find out I was charge a smoking charge when I clearly have witness that no one smoked in the room! Even if an odor swept the room there was no way it would have stayed or been enough for a 150 charge as I have never been charged in the Hilton and I stay there a lot and I don't smoke in there rooms either!!! Something told me this was to good to be true oh well back to the Hilton it is !
I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I was surprisingly disappointed with my stay at the Radisson. First, I couldn't find the hotel, google maps didn't have the correct directions. I had to call the hotel and finally found it. They had us stay on the 4th floor but in order to get to the elevator we had to walk down a long corridor. There were no vending machines nor ice machines on any of the floors. There was only one ice machine on the first floor which produced watery ice. There was no microwave in the room. The door to the room was extremely heavy to open. There were no complimentary anything at all except what was in the room. Even getting a cup of coffee was $2 downstairs. No continental breakfast. I will say the staff were very courteous and professional. The hotel was neat and clean as well. Since the hotel was only three weeks old and being that its the Radisson Hotel, it should've been more prepared before it's grand opening. Nonetheless we left 3 days before our checkout.
Brand new. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice tv with direct tv. Close to town. Room service.
3 Week Hotel
This is a new hotel. Just opened 3 weeks ago. Beautiful room, excellent customer service. In a great location.
This is a new hotel that's only been opened for a few months. I've stayed at other Radisson hotels and this one is smaller and more simple no frills compared to some of the other locations. Erika from the front desk was great, she was very friendly and helpful with recommending food or things to do in the area. They have a free shuttle that comes picks you up from the airport, we didn't know and just took an uber. If you want to use the shuttle just call the hotel ahead of time to arrange it. This location is very hard to find for most Uber drivers, maybe because is new but everyone had an issue. Is a bit removed from the downtown area so you need to drive or take uber everywhere.
