I was a guest overnight, easy to find with GPS, check-in was fast, friendly staff. The lobby area is open, clean and very spacious. It's a pet friendly hotel and lobby smelled fresh. Plenty of lounge area for guests to relax. The indoor pool is a short walking distance from entrance. I loved the elevators were glass so you can see the lobby as you travel up or down. Clean, spacious room(rm 610), comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful to get good sleep.
I was just visiting my mom who came to Charlotte. From the outside I was not impressed and did not expect to walk into such a fancy hotel. The guest check-in area is surprisingly small, but I guess they wanted to have room for their comfortable lounge areas and bar, along with the pool the flows from inside to outside. Everything was clean and up-to-date. My mom's room was spacious with 2 doubles a flat screen, small fridge, coffee maker, large bathroom, and extremely comfortable beds!
Everything was fast and efficient. Great service!!! Friendly and caring staff. Made great recommendations on where to eat and even made reservations for us on the spot! If you have any questions, ask for Chris (guest specialist)!!!
The food at the Atrium was delicious. Nice place to sit and enjoy time with friends. I recommend this hotel if you're in the Charlotte area.
Very nice Hotel. Excellent Location. Very well kept. Beds and pillows are superb. Food can improve. Very good option over all.
I stayed the night here after having my plane cancelled for home. The hotel staff was excellent, the rooms were ok, but clean. The beds are nice and comfy. The indoor pool was really cool.
