If you have a certain level of status with SPG, you have access not only to the club lounge at the Sheraton but also to the Le Meridian next door. The downstairs bar and restaurant has a nice space and good food. The gym was nicer than a lot of hotel gyms I've seen, with some extra space and a very nice pool. Service was amazing. Front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating.
this is a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are on the smaller side, but there's a vanity outside (no sink) that helps. The shower heads are to short for me, but that's a personal pet peeve.
Best hotel I’ve EVER stayed!! Takeiyah, Lacye, Mr.Garcia, housekeeping, valet, night shift at the front desk were all PHENOMENAL! They made my sister and I feel at home. I was most excited for being “Guest of The Day” I appreciate you guys choosing my sister and I we had an amazing time at The Sheraton. I was very impressed. The room was spacious for me, but it might have been tight if the whole family of four was here. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the view from the room was amazing. I didn't eat here or use the pool so I can't speak to either of those. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
We were visiting Charlotte for a football game and this was a great location with a beautiful lobby. I don't think it was quite up to Sheraton standards though. Housekeeping didn't make one of our beds and the other was a little sloppily made. Dirty glasses left in the room. On the $14 breakfast buffet guests kept having to ask for plates and food to be refilled. Don't mean to pick but for the price... If I could've put 3.5 stars I would have.
