Cheap AC unit didn't work, had to call the desk and he got it working but even he had no idea how he did it. Corners of the room and air vents were filthy, so that tells you how sloppy cleaning is... Breakfast was barely edible. Toilet made a racket, then stopped up. I won't go back.
The front desk guy was entertaining. The only negative that I experienced was that somehow they had not gotten the room that I was originally given cleaned the previous day. Was a little shocked, but he apologized profusely and the matter was rectified quickly. Will stay here again.
I love this place! The staff is very friendly... And the living accommodations are spectacular! Pet friendly but it doesn't smell like animals... Breakfast and dinner isn't mediocre its GREAT! Pool and basketball court for a little recreational fun! Plenty of room for company. Just excellent!
Very comfortable place and clean. It’s also well located to Carowinds.
The hotel is ok. The staff is friendly & The bed is comfortable but the place is dirty. The elevator And elevator tracks need to be cleaned, in the room the couch has noticable tears, the carpet has stains you can see, the air/heat unit needs to be dusted And the breakfast is not good.
