Getting the rental was easy - many attendants were ready and willing to get us in to the van we booked. When we returned the vehicle it was an even easier process which was fabulous because we were in a huge rush to get to our flight. Would definitely rent from them again - at least for sure at this location!
The car I had was brand new and was perfect for what I needed, so under normal circumstances at other rental agencies that would be the story to share. However, Alamo once again failed in it's customer service. If this was the first time I have had trouble with Alamo, I wouldn't be responding to this request to rate them. This time the contract that I was given included insurance that I didn't request as part of my Costco Travel reservation. It was back-handed and dishonest of the individual at the counter. It got worse when I called the customer service number and was told that they wouldn't/couldn't help me. My warning to you is that you will get treated poorly with Alamo. There are cheaper and better places to rent cars and I would suggest you look elsewhere.
Lowest price for a Full size car and it was very clean and prepped. Customer service agent was extremely helpful and friendly (at four AM!!). Will definitely be using Alamo next time!
Great service at the Charleston airport. The Alamo line had a few people there and the man from Enterprise said to come there. He then helped me and even took my mom and my luggage to the car. Very helpful and friendly, even told us how Charlotte got its name. The car was clean and check out fast. Would rent from them again.
Rental was easy! we arrived - waited in a short line due to a very busy airport - but such is life. We went through the final process of getting our rental (we had booked online in advance....the agent was fabulous and was not pushy about our denial to purchase extras - the agent even suggested better ways to pre-book for cheaper which was awesome!).
Alamo is the best rental car company around. I have never had any problems and the price is always right. Their cars are clean and reliable. I rent from them at least 2 times a month and the experience is always fast and easy process. Thanks Alamo keep up the great work.
