I'm an Express customer, not often that I have issues at this location but there is a manager there that's awful. She totally disregards Express Customers and make them stand in line with the regular customers. Luckily, Ms.Ella and Ms.Regina is so delightful and helpful that I can overlook her unprofessionalism.

Ela at the counter is very friendly and helpful. Phil the manager on duty is also very helpful when I've had trouble with my rentals in the past.
I've used Dollar the last two or three times I rented cars, particularly here in NC. They usually are cheaper or among the cheapest, and offer nice cars for the money. Check in and return are swift and easy. Staff is nice and helpful.

Dollar has consistently exceeded my expectations. Even when back end computer systems had problems the front line associates took a personal ownership of supporting the orders.
