Ben is one of the nicest agents I've ever dealt with. Stand-up guy. Never a problem when I come pick up my weekly rentals.
I rent from this Avis location on an extremely regular basis, and I have NEVER had any issues. In fact, I recently decided to switch from a local Hertz location to this Avis, due to how easy the reservation and pickup process is at this location. The Manager, Ben, has always taken great care of me, and knows me by name. I have never had an issue with any if my cars rented, and the billing is always correct. I use rentals to transport clients, so it is imperative that the cars always be in stellar condition, which is always the case.

Customer service is good, the vehicles however aren't as clean as should be.
Ben - thank you! I have been an avis customer for 6 years for my corporate travels and I am never switching to any other company coz I will remember this gesture.
So, I don't usually write reviews. Here is why I took time to do this one. I have been renting on and off from this location for past 5-6 years. This time I rented a SUV that I returned at this location. Later in the evening my friend who was visiting me from India told me that he forgot his wallet in the ouch behind driver seat. I called avis but the office was already closed. So, I called them next morning and Nicole picked up the call. She immediately asked for car information and told me that she will call me back in 30 mins or less. She called me 20 mins later and told that Ben had found the wallet and has kept it in a locker. Now, this wallet had most of my friends debit and credit cards for his upcoming international trip next week. It also contained his international driving license and 1100 dollars in cash. I was speechless when we returned 2 hours later and got the wallet with everything in it. We tried to offer Ben some money but he politely declined and said he was only doing his job. This attitude makes difference between satisfied customer and delighted customer.
