Excellent experience! Brian educated my husband and I about the bike he was interested in and had us test ride a couple of different models/brands. This is the first electric bike purchase for us and I could not be more pleased. The staff wasn't pushy, rather, they took the time to find out what you wanted and why. I'm so impressed. Can't see myself going anywhere else for future service and purchases.
Side note: The level of customer service wasn't just for me as a buyer. There was an older gentleman in the store getting a tire serviced and the staff was so friendly, kind and patient with him. I loved seeing the same level of care for someone spending $5 and another spending $3000. Quality place!
Great experience. Good inventory. I walked in having never been on an ebike. After lots of questions, guidance, and test rides I bought one. Dirk was a great resource. This shop is almost a two hour drive for me but we'll worth the trip. I'm going back this week. Very service oriented.
Brian and the whole team here were great! I’m new to mountain biking and they made me feel right at home. Can’t say the same for some of the other places I shopped. You could tell they had a passion and knowledge for road and mountain biking in the area, and the advice for a beginner was awesome. I also saw them helping parents with Christmas bikes for kids. It felt good to buy local!
Highly recommended by someone who has lived in Charlotte for over 20 years. I do most of my own work on my bikes, but whenever I don't have the tools for something or run into issues, these guys are my go-to. Friendly, great service, top notch work.
Best bike shop in Charlotte, by far. I inherited an old bike that needed some fixing up, and the staff was really helpful and non-judgey or pretentious like some other bike shops that will go nameless. The customer service is top notch.
