They're slightly more expensive than any online retailer, though to compensate you get experience and convenience. They get pretty annoyed if you ask them to price-match, which is understandable, and their return policy is reality short compared to like stores. Either way I love going here and they're typically right on when it comes to their recommendations.
I came here to purchase a new snowboard and I was greeted by Tyler. He took the time to explain everything I could possibly ask to know about and eventually sold me on a new board. Not pushy at all. He just wanted what would work and satisfy my boarding needs. You need to become manager of Sun and Ski or at least a nice raise. Thanks to Tyler and the team, I am happy with the purchase I have made.
The guys at sun and ski are super helpful, offering great advice for bike maintenance and upkeep. They obviously spend a lot of time on and around bikes, and their knowledge comes through when you ask any questions. I fully recommend this store!
I have bought a couple bikes here - great deals on both. I bring the bikes here for servicing as well. No complaints so far...
Tyler was such a great guy and has soo much knowledge on everything about skiing and snow boarding. He had a true passion for working here and he loves what he does. I would recommend for anyone to come here and it was such an amazing experience all around. Did not want to leave the shop. I will definetly be back to shop here again.
Love this place. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, most if not all of them partake in the sport they're selling so more often than not have experience with the gear if you have questions. Whether is skiing/snowboarding gear you're looking for, clothing or bike repair, this is an outstanding place. The bike mechanic is awesome though only works part-time, and unfortunately their bike selection is limited to brands I don't care too much for --personal issue there.
