Original review:

They have good bikes and prices, but the service kinda sucks. They sold me a bike with a bent rear wheel, and made me pay for a new one when I addressed the problem. Both wheels bent again. Now I'm down another $200

Thank you guys, great customer service! I bought an inexpensive pre-owned Giant mountain bike for my girlfriend to ride to see if she likes biking. The bike needed some new cables, these guys were very helpful, honest, and fair. I dropped it off one evening and they had it back to me the next morning. The store had a great selection of inventory in stock of both bikes and accessories, I was looking for some new QR skewers as well and they had them in stock as well and, they were less expensive than the online stores! I dealt with Jacob and he was super helpful and knowledgeable about the product! Thanks again guys, I'll be back!

Prices better than at the more boutique places but the service isn't so great.

Update: This place was great at first, with superb customer service and seemingly knowledgeable staff. I purchased a new full suspension bike here over a year ago and the experience was great. However the last several (6-8) visits have been just terrible. Problems, beyond problems, beyond problems. I've been sold wrong parts, incomplete parts, etc. I ordered parts in store and a week later got a call the parts were in. I drove 45 minutes one way to find out the part never even shipped. Guess I'll have up find a shop that can get it right.

STAY AWAY! If you anticipate a warm welcome as a walk-in, especially on a Sunday afternoon of an EMPTY store. Now I know that a busy store at a bike shop doesn't always constitute the presence of customers as some people leave their bikes for servicing however, there were 3 employees on staff - to which all 3 have once serviced my bike in the past. I walk in with a very minor issue which would've been a quick fix for them. Addison approached me to ask what he could do for me, I told him I swapped out my rear tire myself as my old tire had a hole that kept allowing for punctures in my tube BUT my ride is still tough, where did I go wrong in swapping out the tire, I merely wanted a professionals eye. He said, "Oh, well your chain is too tight." I say ok I figured that, could you guys perhaps loosen it real quick? He says, Nope! We can't do any labor right now, He's pretty backed up back there (pointing at one of his coworkers that's ACTUALLY working) I look back at the lone servicemen working and then look at the other employees that were present and think are you kidding? Is this your idea of customer service? To tell a customer no. I pause, stunned, essentially waiting for him to offer up another option. He's says, "Yeah, sorry nothing we can do." I left enraged and in sheer disbelief. He had no intention to service me, he didn't care if I left unpleased, there was no sense of urgency in the atmosphere to leave any customer with a lasting impression. A good lasting impression at that. Customer service once meant meeting the needs of the customer by any means, especially when you're more than capable of doing so. All in all I returned home to push my tire a little forward to alleviate my chain a bit and problem solved. I reported Addison and the establishment to the corporate office. We'll see what happens. Thanks for listening guys.

Good initially but very pricey for any repair. 2 months after buying the bike I'm paying $40 to fix one spoke without a quote or warning of charge.. Less than one week later it broke again on same wheel and they aren't standing behind it.. Also the hubs were never right since I bought the bike. They got the rear fixed and gave up on the front. I think I'll go elsewhere this time around.
