Been here several times but never walked away with a bike. Staff can be a bit pushy, just trying to get you on anything that remotely looks like it fits, and not paying too much attention to what you're really looking for.
Worst experience I've had...I was sold a tune-up and a bike fitting. I was supposed to receive a call when the bike was ready which never came. I was then Informed that The store does not perform fittings. The sales/service person justified the stores behavior.
Do yourself a favor. Skip this place and go to BikeSource.

I'm guessing some of the other reviewers caught the store on some type of off day because even when busy I've been greeted with great customer service. The longest I've had to wait was 10 minutes and it was crazy busy on a Saturday. I can deal with that since, to me, a lot of people in the store usually means they have a good reputation. They cannot keep an unlimited amount of people on staff, so if it gets busy you will need to wait from time to time. I'm from CT where we had Zane's Cycles which is an epic store. This place is smaller, but they've earned me as a loyal customer for the future.
Was planning on upgrading bike but now I will explore different brand.
I complained to the manager and was greeted with trite responses.

Honestly. It's a great store with great staff and great bikes. Though my only issue is that there is not much variety in bikes until you get to 3000 bucks, they are great brands components and frame weights, it's just that there's not much variety in cheaper bikes 300-800 dollars, basically it's a pretty pricey
