Just bought a new Trek Top Fuel 8 from here.The customer service is great. The staff helped me transition to clip in petals and they adjusted my bike to fit my specifications (weight, height, suspension pressure, etc.). I will definitely be back to purchase some more gear.

Amazing service, but repair parts can be a bit expensive. In today's repair example, I'm ok with paying $40 for a $28 chain replacement + $10 to install it as I brought my bike by after breaking it and they quickly fixed it while I waited. Solid, knowledgeable staff.
I brought in a mid 70’s bike for tires and was blown away by the effort and attention the staff gave to this project. It took a few tries to find tires that would work on the old rims but their solution was fantastic! They went above and beyond to work on other parts of the bike that I didn’t know could be improved upon and when I came to pick it up, I could not believe how nice it looked! Their efforts were amazing and appreciated. This was the second time I had been here (the first of which was for tires on a newer bike) and would absolutely recommend them to everyone!
